Stingrays themselves are worrying enough – you shouldn’t have to worry about the quality of your stingray booties too! We are committed to delivering premium quality with every pair of booties we ship. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 90-Day Stress-Free Warranty.
What’s Covered:
Our warranty guarantees against the following defects for 90 days from the date of purchase:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any issues that impair the functionality or safety of the booties due to manufacturing errors. Some examples include:
- Zipper Failures: If zippers fail to operate properly or detach due to manufacturing defects.
- Material Defects: Tears, rips, or weak spots in the material caused by production flaws.
- Seam Failures: Issues with stitching, such as unraveling or separating at the seams.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including general deterioration from frequent use.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, or modifications.
- Exposure to extreme conditions outside the product’s intended use (think: fires, accidental chainsaw mishaps, or Fido, the neighbor's dog mistaking the booties for a toy).
- Booties purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resellers.

How to Make a Claim:
- Submit a Request: Email us at Info@MyDragonSkin.com with a brief description of the issue and we'll go from there!
- Inspection Process: We may ask for photos of the defect or request you ship the booties back to us for evaluation.

Resolution Options: Upon approval of your claim, we will provide one of the following:
- A replacement pair of booties (inner and/or outer layer) at no cost.
- A repair service (if applicable).
- A refund or store credit equivalent to the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not possible).
Additional Notes:
- Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Shipping costs for warranty are covered by DragonSkin for all approved claims.
- DragonSkin reserves the right to deny claims that fall outside the scope of this policy.
